Our service offers complete flexibility when ordering your repeat prescription.
We can order your prescriptions from the doctor on your behalf or you can order them yourself. If you'd like us to order on your behalf you can either telephone us with your request or email us your request from the Order My Repeat page.

If you order your own prescription from your doctor, you will need to phone us (0800 652 3819 or 01827 65933) to let us know when your prescription will be ready at the doctor's surgery.

When your prescription is ready we will collect it from the doctors and either...

• Keep it in the pharmacy ready to collect. OR...
• Deliver it to you free of charge.

Remember it can take 3-4 working days for your repeat prescription to come back from your doctor so please order in plenty of time.

We go to each surgery in the morning so the best time to request a repeat is before 10 am.
e.g., if you order on a Tuesday morning we would normally advise that your prescription would be back on the Friday, If you order on Wednesday morning it would be back the following Monday and so on.

What to do next...

If you have never asked us to order your repeat prescription on your behalf then you'll need to visit the pharmacy and sign a form to authorise us to request your medicines on your behalf.

Rememer you always have a choice of which pharmacy you would like to dispense your NHS medicines and you can change your mind at any time.
